Payment is required within 7 days of order. If payment is not received in this time then your order will be cancelled and the items returned to the store. Please contact us if you need more time to make payment. Accounts will be blocked for repeated failure to pay.
You may select either Paypal (Credit Card) or Direct Bank Deposit for payment. You will be given an option to select the method of payment during checkout.
Credit Card payment is processed through an encrypted server hosted by Paypal. This allows complete privacy of your transactions and payment is recieved immediately allowing quick despatch of your orders! You do not need to have a Paypal account to be able to pay by Paypal.
My bank account details will be provided in the order confirmation emailed at completion of placing your order.
A copy of your order will be emailed to you.- if you do not receive this within a couple of hours of placing your order please contact me. Check your Spam email folder as sometimes orders end up there!
I try to give as accurate a description of the product as possible by using information and photos provided by the Manufacturers. Responsibility will not be taken for variations in colour, texture, etc. If you are unclear about anything that has been listed, please contact us for clarification.
Product available for Pre-order must be paid for on ordering. When the products arrive they will be shipped immediately. Pre-orders must be placed as separate orders to items currently available. If you place an order with a mixture of pre-order and available items the items currently available will not ship until the pre-order is sent.
If you have a special request for an item please contact us! We are always looking for new and exciting scrapbooking products to have in the store. We have accounts with many wholesalers and it's probable that we will be able to get the item in for you. However there may be a delay if the product is not available in Australia.
Layby is available on request. Please contact us before placing your order if you wish to use this service.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Sometimes errors happen and items are not in stock although the inventory says that they are. In these cases refunds will be given and the balance of the order posted.
If you are not happy with an item received and would like to return it, please make contact within 7 days of receipt of order and we will be happy to exchange or refund the item. Postage costs for returned and replacement items are to be paid by the client.
