PAYMENT TERMS
We accept Paypal (Credit Card) and Direct Deposit as payment for goods. You will be given an option to select the method of payment at Checkout.br />
Credit Card payment is processed through an encrypted server hosted by Paypal. This allows complete privacy of your transactions and also speeds the processing of your order as we are automatically notified once payment has been received. You do not need to have a Paypal account to be able to pay by Paypal.
Our shopping cart software will automatically generate a confirmation email with your order details - if you do not receive this within 24 hours of placing your order please contact us.
Payment is required within 7 days of order. If payment is not received in this time then your order will be cancelled and the items returned to the store. Please contact us if you require longer payment times.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Products are described as accurately as possible. Responsibility will not be taken for variations in colour, texture, etc. Photos are taken whereever possible from the manufacturers' catalogues to give as accurate a picture as possible. If you are unclear about anything that has been listed, please contact us for clarification.
PRE-ORDERS
Product available for Pre-order must be paid for on ordering. When the stock arrives it will be shipped immediately. Pre-orders must be placed as separate orders to stock that is in stock. If you place an order with a mixture of pre-order and available stock the available stock will not ship until the pre-order is sent.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
If you have a special request for an item please contact us! We are always looking for new and exciting scrapbooking products to have in the store. We have accounts with many wholesalers and it's probable that we will be able to get the item in for you. However there may be a delay if the product is not available in Australia.
